Right first off, to attempt something different, I shall be trying different genres in my shows to see which one attracts an audience. The first show will be playing tunes from the 30s, 40s and 50s (In answer to Ceejay's suggestion.)

Also, as some know I have had trouble with Sam Broadcaster using the Voice FX system, I see Mark has had the same issue. I have followed the same instructions that was suggested to him. It seems to be working with the odd exception here and there. It is the nearest I can get to eliminating it after trying everything, it is nothing to do with my microphone as it works with the mono system I was using previously. I said I wouldn't do a show for a while but I am feel I should be confident, and broadcast whether the mic works 100% or not and be able to use this system, I hope you can all support me in this.

I will be broadcasting on Sunday 5th August for a special show. Thanks, Jamie Dyer

I'm liking the sound of this!

There is some fantastic music form the 1930s 40s and 50s and a suprisingly large amount of interest in it.

I used to do a show of music form the 1930s to the 1960s on Ace before it shut down, initialy once a month, but due to demand I wound up doing it every week untill other demands on my time meant I had to put it on Hiatus for a while.

I found that about two thirds of the audaince were profesional musicians of all kinds of genres (including at least 2 entire Goth bands who used to tune in and a bunch of musicians form rock acts as well).

I just hope I can stabalize my internet connection so I can tune in. It's been playing up something cronic all day, presumably due to the thunderstorm that has been raging over head.

Great show and well worth a listen. Bit like Solid Gold Oldies but with a young dinosaur presenting it. Loved the mix of tunes.
