No Shows -

I'm noticing a lot of no shows lately. I know most of us are aware of this. I'm tuned into 1Radio a lot lately. Due to split shifts at work, so therefore I make other member staffs listen too . And for them to hear the bridge repeating its self is very off putting. Maybe a tip put a reminder in your phone. I know I've forgotten about shows in the past, but it wasn't a habit. A last minute cancel isn't that bad, rather than letting auto kick in after 6minutes of jingles.

as a disabled listener who is tuned most days i am shocked everyone was devastated at the close Announcement then happy it was the announced the1 would stay well all the no shows and slots not being taken up no looking like it will continue come on folks lets get the1 back to were it should be at the top and the best like it has always been

Hi, I booked a slot to broadcast in. My program was saying I was connected then 5 minutes later I was told I was classed as a no show? What happened?

It said I was encoding, but obviously wasn't connected.

We had this problem a couple of months ago Jamie, it was a fault at the shoutcast server or something like that if memory serves, it hit a few of us but was intermitant.

Let Time know and he will sort it.

jamie did let me know at the time.
there was no server problem infact. i think jamie was just too late unfortunately.
i've refunded the credit for good will.

meanwhile, premium services will open again shortly.

Thanks Tim. I think what happened was I got in too early and it didn't work, I've heard of that happening on here. Thanks very much for the refund
