Premium Services

Premium services are available for a nominal fee and provide additional DJ features to enhance your experience of 1Radio. Premium services last for as long as you remain an active member of 1Radio, broadcast at least one show per month.

Premium services may be added, removed or amended at any time depending on technical or operational constraints or in the event of misuse.

In general, Premium services will be amended or cancelled if

• you are no longer an active member of the website and your account is closed
• you behave in a way that is damaging to 1Radio or its users or brings 1Radio into disrepute
• you repeatedly break 1Radio rules
• they are used excessively or unreasonably or to the detriment of other users

Unusued or unwanted services (for which you have made payment via Paypal and which were NOT given to you for FREE) may be refunded in exceptional circumstances only. There may be an administration charge for such refunds.

1Radio Email Account

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• it is used purely to provide anonymity unrelated to your 1Radio activity
• it is used as a disposable address unrelated to your 1Radio activity
• it is used as a drop-box for spam
• it is used to communicate on matters unrelated to your 1Radio activity
• it is used to register for services unrelated to your 1Radio activity
• it is used for activity that brings disrepute to 1Radio or damages the 1Radio reputation
• it is used to imply that you are an "official" of 1Radio
• it is used to speak "on behalf of" 1Radio
• it is used to imply an endorsement by or support from 1Radio
• your forwarding (registered) email address is no longer valid

Autobooking

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• it is used purely to "grab" slots and prevent others from broadcasting
• it is used excessively or unreasonably or to the detriment of other users
• your autobooked slots are repeatedly cancelled

Guestbook

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• you fail to moderate comments that break 1Radio rules

Slot Takeover

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• it is used purely to "grab" slots and prevent others from broadcasting
• it is used excessively or unreasonably or to the detriment of other users
• it is repeatedly used to takeover a slot that was previously cancelled

Mailing List Manager

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• it is used for spamming
• it is used for unreasonably frequent communications
• it is used to communicate on matters unrelated to your 1Radio activity
• it is used for activity that brings disrepute to 1Radio or damages the 1Radio reputation

Blog Account

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• you post content that break 1Radio rules
• you fail to moderate comments that break 1Radio rules
• it is used for activity that brings disrepute to 1Radio or damages the 1Radio reputation

Online Opinion Polls

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• you post content that break 1Radio rules
• it is used for activity that brings disrepute to 1Radio or damages the 1Radio reputation

Personal Playlists

This service will be amended or cancelled if

• you do not maintain reasonably accurate MP3 ID3 data
• you do not accurately transmit MP3 ID3 data in your broadcast stream
• your playlist contains items that are likely to break 1Radio rules

DJ Seat Licence for SAM Broadcaster

The terms and conditions of a DJ Seat Licence are specified by SpacialAudio, the manufacturers of SAM Broadcaster software. DJ Seat Licence codes are updated every 3 months unless

• you are no longer an active member of the website and your account is closed
• we become aware that your licence has been shared with other users
• we become aware that your licence has been used with another internet radio station
