Best DJ 2009
It's always good to get the presenters competing against each other in a popularity competition.
Back in 2009, we had a best DJ event. Listeners could vote for each presenter and the results were announced in a special show. The winners were interviewed by me and the clips all went up online shortly afterwards.

As well as the interviews, I played out packages from various other presenters to help break up the show with a few extra voices other than the winners.
A while later, the person who came in at #1 contacted me and asked to have his details removed - or, at the least, just take off his surname.
I guess my SEO must have been working a treat as searches for his name brought his 1Radio achievements to the top of the search results. I guess he would have preferred his linkedin page ranked first.
